Here at April's Unique Boutique we want you to love everything you purchase! But, if for some reason you are not happy we will do everything we can to make it right. We ask that you look over your order as soon as you receive it and if you think you have received a defective item or if something does not fit please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible and we will assist you in making your return/exchange.
- Items can be returned for in-store credit only we do not issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date we ship it to you.
- Jewelry, accessories and undergarments are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-worn, un-washed with their original tags attached.
- Include the returned item(s) and your original packing slip with the order.
- Please circle the returned item son the packing slip.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake on your order.
- We have limited stock on our clothing & accessories. We can't guarantee that we will have the stock to issue an exchange, if we are sold out of an item, we know you'll be able to find something else you'll love!
